Whistle Feedback stores account information (email, name), organization membership, evaluation data, and schedule information. Data is scoped to your organization and sport; officials only see evaluations about themselves.

Associations are responsible for obtaining consent from members whose emails they import. We send sign-in codes and evaluation notifications by email.

Contact your association manager or platform administrator for data export or deletion requests.
